We are a Non-Profit Uganda-Based organization providing support to the disadvantaged communities in Uganda
Who we are.
We are a non-profit organisation that was founded in 2016. We are dedicated to helping under-previleged children and Women in Uganda. Most of the children we are giving a helping hand are from broken homes as a result of gender based violence and being supported by their mothers,single handedly who are not even financially upright. Some come from from homes that are poverty stricken in a sense that they can hardly afford a good meal a day. Others are a product of teen motherhood,death of their fathers who are believed to have been the Sole providers of the homes more so in polygamous marriage. We ensure that such children who are not preivileged financially due to financial constraint from their home,are given an opportunity to start and stay in school. Sponsoring a child with Seedlings of Hope Foundation is seen as an investment in this child’s future. We view educating this child as a tool to fight the cycle of poverty as the child is nurtured,equiped and empowered to become a responsible person in future.
Stretching Our Hands To Help Mothers
We realized that much as children need support, their mothers need it as well. We therefore embarked on a journey to support these women.(single mothers, teen mothers and widows) to break the cycle of poverty in their homes and thus become financially empowered and self-reliant.
We equip them with skills, help them create businesses that can enable them generate incomes with a saving culture that can enable them to improve their standards of living, like baking, weaving, jewerly making.
We have other different projects we started on to uplift their lives including soap making but unfortunately we lack financial support. It’s on this ground that we do seek for your financial support to enable us fulfill our goals of uplifting their lives.

Education
We run individual sponsorships and general sponsorships where a donor can choose to sponsor a particular child and they are always kept up to date by sending them termly reports.
Women support
We allocate funds annually to start up projects to support the widows, teen mothers and single mothers so that they can provide for their families.
Orphan Support
Aside from supporting vulnerable children, we run a special scheme for orphaned children more so those in foster homes by delivering all basic food stuffs such as food items and clothing to support them.

Seedlings of Hope looks to improve and start up projects for the widows, teen mothers and single mothers to enable them earn a living and be able to support their families.
Education
Education remains one of the top priorities for Seedlings of Hope as education of the vulnerable children can in the long run lead to development of their home communities.
Our Plan
All donations will go to support 5 major groups: vulnerable children, orphans , teen mothers, single mothers and widows.
- Target is to raise $150,000 annually to support children activities by paying school fees for over 40 children and other basic requirements.
